Director of Customer Relations

Nash Dhanani is Director of Customer Relations at FileControl Partners Ltd. Nash has over 15 years experience delivering web and mainframe solutions in a wide range of industry verticals, including legal, insurance, banking and education.

Nash drives corporate positioning, branding, identity, public relations and vertical marketing to ensure strong connections with customers in the legal industry. He also oversees FileControl’s sales, internal communications, corporate affairs and community relations efforts. In this role, Nash is responsible for marshalling FileControl's resources to develop the capacity to effectively serve clients, and coordinate issues with the engineering and operations teams.

Nash has dealt with the leading law firms and Fortune 500 companies in the country and has played a key role in increasing FileControl’s revenue during his tenure. Prior to joining FileControl, Nash held a senior position at the program management office at Fairfax Financial Holdings. Nash holds a degree in economics and computer science from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
