Vice President of Operations

Shawn Edwards is Vice President of Operations at FileControl Partners Ltd. With over 25 years experience in the technology field and 12 in managing complex litigation and litigation support, Ms Edwards is a specialist in creating processes, policies, procedures and automated workflows. She specializes in strategic planning and project management of very large-scale discovery projects in excess of 25 million pages.

Ms Edwards also has experience in development of technical processes for the design and implementation of large-scale e-commerce websites, infrastructure auditing, contract management, problem management, change management and service level agreement management. She has a demonstrated ability in creating profitable departments by designing workflow efficiencies, enhancing quality of the work product and controlling expenses.

Before joining FileControl, Ms Edwards worked with Baker Robbins & Company. She has also worked with various other start-ups in San Francisco, defining and implementing their business processes, and has also served as executive director of a regional litigation support vendor. She earned her JD (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from South Texas College of Law, her BA from the University of West Florida and is admitted to the Texas Bar.
