The Technical Support Analyst (TSA) will play an integral role in the success
of the Support team they will be responsible for resolution of technical issues
for clients. Must be able to work independently and with others, often under pressure
with tight deadlines. Requires knowledge of PCs, IE, IIS, MS development tools,
SQL Server 2005, MSMQ, etc. and database management expertise. They must be highly
focused on customer satisfaction levels.

eDiscovery Application servers (Web, Database, File, and Email Servers). Act as
