FileControl announces the release of its new Native File Review product called eReview

FileControl Partners a pioneer and leading application service provider (ASP) of the first web-based Knowledge and Litigation Management Solution announces the release of eReview. The new release includes features for effective case management along with significant enhancements made to the existing Native File Review process, providing litigation experts improved control over the review cycle.

The enhancements to the new version include review features that automate the review work flow. This enables attorneys to work with and organize millions of documents, including emails, native files, and TIFF images very efficiently; by uploading and organizing them into FileControl’s Cabinets. Cabinets like physical folders are hierarchical structures, containing case specific information that can be easily identified and categorized - based on its significance, priority and relevance to the case. Key evidence can then be easily located using FileControl’s powerful search tools and shared with other law firms in the form of productions, whenever the need arises.

FileControl’s Knowledge and Litigation Management Solution provides interfaces for uploading and manipulating files within the online repository. The users with appropriate security rights can then access, tag, move, copy, print, email or produce these files. Search results can be refined by specifying search criterion based on contents, cabinets or properties i.e. both system and custom, categories and date ranges etc.

In addition to the above, users no longer need to worry about the file types and the software needed to view them. Our solution supports over 350 file formats. All you need is an internet connection and a standard web browser to access your documents, wherever and whenever you need.
