Improved functionality allows users to TIFF critical native file documents quickly and efficiently

Users are now able to send batches of native files for conversion to TIFF format in either a queue, or on-the-fly within seconds.

Bulk TIFFing and TIFFing-on-the-fly provide an extremely important link between the FileControl KLMS and eReview products. This will allow users to take advantage of the best features from the world of both paper based and electronic based Discovery; making FileControl one of the first organizations to provide such a bridge between the two.

"Converting a native file to TIFF adds a number of useful features, such as advanced annotation, redaction, stamps and OCR capabilities for the native files in the FileControl product framework," said Ahmad Mian, President and CEO of FileControl Partners. "With TIFFing-on-the-fly, a user can mark a critical document / file to be imaged and processed instantly."

TIFFing-on-the-fly is performed using a separate process than Bulk TIFFing, ensuring that imaging is instant and convenient. This gives the attorneys and reviewers the control to TIFF specific critical documents.

Users can also utilize the Bulk TIFFing capability, which allows them to send all documents, identified in a search to be imaged. FileControl currently provides the capability to Bulk TIFF over a million pages a day.
