Whitmont Legal Technologies Implements FileControl Ltd.'s Web-Based Technology For Increased Efficiency

Houston, Texas - February 16, 2005 - Whitmont Legal Technologies Inc., a leading provider of full-service litigation support services, today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with FileControl Partners Ltd., an application service provider (ASP) of Web-based document management solutions. Under terms of the agreement, Whitmont will utilize FileControl's Active Document Management System (ADMS), to increase Whitmont's operational efficiency and improve its cost-effectiveness.
