Native File Review Capability

FileControl’s eReview is the first web based system that provides Native File Review capabilities to manage vast amounts of data. Attorneys can now review the bulk of their case evidence in its native format before converting it into tiff images and permanently storing it in the system’s document repository. The system supports upto 390 native formats of various files, which can be viewed using eReview’s File Viewer - improving output and considerably minimizing time related costs.

User Activity Tracking

eReview’s exclusive tracking features allow administrators to monitor and limit user activities on specified files and folders. Access logs and audit trails provide better access and centralized control over the system’s data management features; making it more reliable and ensuring the data is secure.

Bulk Loading

Users can now bulk load gigabytes of data into the eReview document repository using the application’s Load Utility Service. This Load Utility consists of an integrated, easy-to-understand interface, for loading and indexing data into the system’s production databases; thereby significantly saving users’ time and making documents available for review.

Categorize Information

eReview offers categorization on cabinets and sub cabinets for grouping and retrieving similar information. Case related information can be stored in cabinets/sub cabinets and can be categorized for reference. Users can then search for those files using relevant category information.

Content Search

eReview’s advanced search capabilities facilitate users in every way possible. Content search is performed on file/document contents. This search returns all files/documents that contain the particular word. eReview facilitates users to search for files in different ways, depending on the user’s level of comfort. Searches like Fuzzy search, Phonic search, Stemming, Synonym search, Numeric Range searching, Variable Term Weighting and Wildcards searches can be performed implicitly on content of the file/document.
